Medicine Summer School
A two-week university-style introduction to medicine: how clinicians reason, how evidence is used, and what studying the subject at degree level actually involves.
You will work in small seminar groups, take part in practical workshops and complete a group project that you present at the end of the session.

A typical day

Before you apply
Students aged 16–18 who are considering the subject at university, and who want to test that ambition before applying.
Teaching is in English. We ask for an upper-intermediate level or above; a short online assessment is part of the application.
Groups are deliberately small, typically twelve students or fewer, so that every student is known and challenged.
Students complete a group project and an individual presentation. Everyone receives a written report and a certificate of attendance.
